Located near Hong Kong park and close to the ferries that go over to Kowloon, this hotel is in a convenient location. The rooms are comfortable, with good amenities like a fitness center and fast wifi. The staff provides excellent service, making guests feel welcomed. The buffet breakfast at the cafe TOO is top quality and satisfying. it's a great place to base yourself and explore the city.
The pool area can get crowded and finding a table can be a hassle.

Amazing service, made me feel like a VIP. The staff were very good too make my stay lovely. The breakfast at Cafe Too was a highlight, and the swimming pool with a fine view of the skyline was a dream. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for an really good experience.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of this city, making it easy to explore key tourist sites. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the pool and breakfast area, were great.

This hotel is conveniently located right on Pacific Place shopping mall, allowing easy access to amazing mall with a few stores. The rooms are spacious with stunning views of the city. The bed and beddings are perfect for a comfortable stay. The Petrus restaurant offers exceptional dining experience. The pool area is relaxing and the gym is spacious, providing great facilities for guests.
The hotel's non-smoking policy is not well enforced, causing inconvenience for non-smoking guests.

the exclusive amenities were just what we needed for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We were pampered by the attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing; the sauna, massage, body wraps, and beauty treatment were all top-notch. the heated outdoor swimming pool had a stunning view.
We were hoping to relax by the pool with a bit of shade, but unfortunately, there were no beach umbrellas available.

Best aspects of my Christmas stay at this hotel were the fine view from my room and the convenient location. The view of the city lights at night was amazing and made my stay all the more nice. the hotel's location was ideal, with access to all the major attractions and shopping areas in the city. Lastly, I really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable ambiance of the hotel lobby , made me feel instantly relaxed and welcome.
Worst aspects of my Christmas stay at this hotel were the outdated decor and the lack of modern amenities. The overall decor of the hotel felt quite old-fashioned and could definitely use an update.
